72 Hours in Seattle

Today we’re going to tell you what to do in Seattle if you only have 72 hours.

I tell people all the time that Seattle is the best kept secret in America. Between July 4th and October 10th, you can experience 100 days straight of 72 degree sunny weather.

Very different than the gloomy, rainy, Seattle you probably pictured in your head.

If you love the outdoors, seafood, live music, and awesome weather – then Seattle should be on your short list of places to visit.

So what should you do?

Here is my list of things you must do on your visit to Seattle:

Stay in Cap Hill. It’s grungy, dirty, and authentic Seattle. It’s also walking distance to a bunch of bomb restaurants and nightlife.

Pike Place Food Tour – one of the best ways to see the historic pike place market. Book a good tour early because the best ones get sold out quick. Do it early on in your trip so you can go back to your favorite spots later.

Oddfellows for Brunch – trust yo boy.

Chihuly + EMP Museum + Space Needle Photo

Belltown Night Clubs

Hiking (Snow Lake, Bridal Veil Falls, Wallace Falls)

Sultan Bakery – nothing better after your hike

Northwest Animal Park

UW Campus – gorgeous campus with awesome picture of Mt. Ranier

Cap Hill – hipster part of town. Decent nightlife. Awesome book store

Fremont Brunch

Gasworks Park

Kerry Park

Mac and Jacks brewery or Manny’s Brewery

Chateau St Michelle Winery

Seattle Art Museum (SAM) – they throw dope parties

Palisade – my favorite restaurant in the city

Kedai Mekan – get the double egg Masi

Ferry – Bainbridge Island

Whale Tours

Mt. Rainer

Like always, my recommendation is to star everything on your Google map and attack different parts of the city at one time.
